1. Employee Welfare Measures

(1) In accordance with the Employee Welfare Fund Act, we provide employee welfare funds to handle various welfare matters, such as weddings, funerals, annual gifts, maternity, hospitalization, major disasters, and other subsidies. We also subsidize employee travel every year. In addition, annual company activities and year-end parties are free for employees and their family members to attend.

(2) The Company allocates workers' retirement reserve funds in accordance with the regulations to manage matters related to employees' retirement reserve funds.

(3) The Company also takes out labor and universal health insurance in accordance with relevant government regulations. For the safety of employees, we also provide group insurance to protect them and offer additional benefits.

(4) According to the Articles of Incorporation of the Employee Benefit Trust Plan Committee, the Company provides incentive funds to implement the Employee Stock Ownership Trust Plan.

(5) Each employee is granted a day off for their birthday and receives a birthday gift card.

2. Education and Training

To meet our workforce needs and comply with regulations, we offer a variety of educational and training programs, including employee training, technical and professional training, quality control training, personal growth training, and occupational safety and health training. These programs are designed to offer comprehensive professional development and personal growth opportunities to our employees.
To ensure the continuous growth and development of our company, we invest in the education and training of our executives and R&D team. Twenty-three executives and R&D staff have been enrolled in graduate programs at the Institute of Mechanical Research at Chung Yuan University and Yuan Ze University. Additionally, eight executives have received subsidies to study at the Institute of Management and Research at Yuan Ze University. These initiatives provide a strong foundation for future expansion and enable our employees to acquire a complete set of professional skills and personal growth opportunities.

3. Retirement System

In accordance with the Labor Standards Act, the company has established a retirement plan for its employees. We allocate a portion of their monthly salaries and wages to the retirement reserve, which is then deposited into a pension account at the Bank of Taiwan. The Labor Pension Act, effective from July 1, 2005, introduced a defined contribution system. Employees can choose to be covered under the provisions of the Labor Standards Act or opt for the pension system of the Labor Pension Act, preserving their seniority before the act's implementation. For employees enrolled in the Labor Pension Act, the company is committed to contributing not less than 6% of their monthly salary to their pension fund.

4. Agreements Between Labor and Management and Measures to Protect Employees' Rights and Interests

As a result, there have been no major unresolved labor disputes to date.

We provide necessary training and inspections for employees to promote health and disaster prevention education. Our safety and health code of conduct, as set by the Council of Labor Affairs, Executive Yuan, is reported to the Northern District Labor Inspection Office for approval and implementation. Maintaining the health and happiness of employees is key to achieving sustainable growth. Employees operating dangerous machinery or equipment such as cranes, as well as managers overseeing hazardous material operations, must receive training and certification from a government-approved institution to ensure their qualifications.
